The only way to learn underwater photography is to put on your gear and jump in!  There is a lot to learn, so consider joining me on a scuba trip that will focus on developing your skills in underwater photography.

We dive together, so you will have help in the water as well as during afternoon classroom sessions where we will discuss composition, exposure and strobe placement and other underwater specific topics.

I teach underwater photography through my collaboration with

Y-Kiki Divers

located in St. Louis, MO.

Y-Kiki makes dive travel so easy, they make all the arrangements for your airfare and accommodations and diving, all you have to do is show up and have fun!

Whether you are photographing an incredible and rare event like this barrel sponge spawn or capturing a yawning eel, you will be

preserving memories of your dive trip that will last long after your tan has faded.

I am also here to help you in choosing the right underwater photography gear.  I can help you get a kit that is suited to your skill level and your photographic goals.

You don't need to spend a fortune to get great underwater images!  Learning how to use your camera underwater is what makes the difference
